ACP farmers condemn the new European negociation approach
The networks of the farmers’ organisations of the African , Carribean and Pacific (ACP) regions (PROPAC, ROPPA, SACAU, EAFF, WINFA); gathered in workshops on Friday and Saturday 2nd and 3rd of November 2007, in the Ibis Accor Hotel in Brussels (Belgium) have condemned the new two tier approach of the European Commission for the conclusion of the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA), because it does not conform with the Cotonou Agreement.
